EBITDA multiple is one of the Enterprise value multiples. The EBITDA multiple is the ratio of the Value of Capital employed (entreprise Value) to EBITDA. EBITDA multiple eliminates the sometimes significant differences in Depreciation methods and periods. It is very frequently used by financial analysts for companies in Capital-intensive industries.
