Definition for : Embedded option
GLOSSARY LETTER
An "embedded Option" is an Option which can be exercised by a party, without this being explicitly marketed as part of the Offering. Can be said of the Option to early repay a Debt. The opposite of an "embedded Option" is an "explicit Option".
