GLOSSARY LETTER
In the context of an IPO, some Investors may express the willingness to buy more of the securities issues, at a higher price, immediately after the IPO is completed. This allows these Investors to receive an amount of shares closer to what they wished, while also ensuring a strong performance of the Security after its issue.
