GLOSSARY LETTER
There is self-control when one company controls another company, which holds a stake in the capital of the first company. To limit the effects of self-control, voting rights of shares thus held are cancelled. During a Public offer any modification of the structure of self-control of the target (increase, Transfer to friendly hands) is prohibited.
