Non-Disclosure Agreement (See Chapter 43 of the Vernimmen)

A "Non-Disclosure Agreement" ("NDA") - also called "Confidentiality Letter" - refers to a legally-binding document between at least two parties whereby the parties undertake not to disclose some information designated as confidential. Such a document is frequently signed between a bank and its client before any transaction, such as a loan, Bond or M&A operation.
