Performing
A "performing asset" is an asset which behaves as initially expected. For instance a "performing loan" sees the borrower paying on time and in full any Interest and Principal due as per the Amortisation schedule. A project which is performing well is a project which is constructed on time and on budget, and starts generating the cash flows anticipated. The opposite is "non-performing".
