A "GRM" or "Global Relationship Manager" is - within a bank - in charge of the management of the relationship with a client, at a senior level. In the bank's hierarchy of functions/titles the GRM is below the Senior Banker, but above the GRM (which stands for "Global Relationship Manager"), himself above the "Credit Analysts".
