GLOSSARY LETTER
A periodic fee paid by a Subsidiary to its mother company to remunerate some services like strategic, financial, accounting, legal or more generally management assistance.A periodic fee paid by Investors of a fund to the managers of the said fund to remunerate their management (asset picking, administrative costs,etc). Generally a percentage of Assets under management.
