Outsourcing, considered as one of the Off-balance sheet financing techniques, consists in the company's deliberately reducing itself to a service provider that designs products and finds customers, while assigning Production to third parties. In reality, outsourcing is more a change of the business model of the company than an off-Balance sheet technique.
